Riverside Campground

Riverside Campground sits along a branch of the Clackamas River deep in the Mt. Hood National Forest. The main fork of the Clackamas River is nearby, providing whitewater rafting and fishing. The delightful, 4-mile Riverside National Recreation Trail follows along the river to Rainbow Campground. Mountain bikers find a network of old forest roads to explore.

Riverside Campground has 16 campsites, most designated for tents. Three sites are suitable for small RVs and trailers. A forest of cedars provides ample shade for the campground. Most campsites are close to the river and are well separated. While some sites are available first-come, first-served, the majority can be reserved prior to arrival.
