Lost Creek Campground
Lost Creek Campground is in the Mt. Hood National Forest, west of Mt. Hood and 7 miles from Mount Hood Village. The campground is fully accessible, including a fishing pier and nature trail. Lost Creek and a beaver pond are next to the campground. Nearby are the Wild and Scenic Sandy River and a trail to dazzling-beautiful Ramona Falls (see photo below).
Lost Creek Campground offers 13 campsites and 2 yurts (or yomes). Eight of the sites will accommodate RVs, trailers, and tents, and another 5 are walk-in campsites. The campground is in a cool, lush area by the creek.
General Camping Information
Opening and closing dates of campgrounds are only estimates, usually dependent on weather conditions. Not all campsites can accommodate trailers or RVs of all lengths. Check carefully on the website when you make your reservation to be sure your vehicle will fit your campsite.
In order to prevent the spread of invasive insects, firewood from outside the area is not permitted.
