Doe Point Campground

Doe Point Campground is on the north shore of Fish Lake, 38 miles east of Medford. The campground is within the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest and is operated by a concessionaire, Rogue Recreation. Campers at Fish Lake enjoy wonderful fishing from shore and boat. Fish Lake has a 10 MPH speed limit. Hikers set out on trails to nearby lakes and into the Sky Lakes Wilderness.

Doe Point Campground rests in a pine and fir forest. Some of the 30 campsites have lake views. Five sites are walk-in, tent sites, while the rest can accommodate RVs, trailers, and tents. Reservations are available for this campground.

Directions: Reach the campground by taking Highway 62 north from Medford, and then east on Highway 140 to Fish Lake and Doe Point Campground. Fish Lake Campground is nearby.

Key Doe Point Campground Regulations

  1. Campfires may only be in developed fire pits.
  2. Help prevent the spread of invasive insects by obtaining firewood locally.
  3. Dogs must be kept on leash and attended at all times. At night they must be kept in a vehicle or tent.
  4. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No generators may be operated during those hours.
