Lone Pine Group Campground is along Rock Creek, 5 miles upstream from the North Umpqua River. The campground is across the highway from the Millpond Day Use Area which has a softball field, playground, pavilion, and a swimming area in Rock Creek. Fishing is not allowed in Rock Creek, and only fly fishing is permitted in the North Umpqua. Nature trails and hiking trails connect to the campground.

Lone Pine Group Campground is a single group site composed of 11 campsites for RVs, trailers and tents. In total, the campground can accommodate up to 110 people. The individual sites are arranged around a central group fire ring. The camp also has a pavilion with a BBQ, electrical outlets, horseshoe pits, and a volleyball court.

General Camping Information

Opening and closing dates of campgrounds are only estimates, usually dependent on weather conditions. Not all campsites can accommodate trailers or RVs of all lengths. Check carefully on the website when you make your reservation to be sure your vehicle will fit your campsite.

In order to prevent the spread of invasive insects, firewood from outside the area is not permitted.
