Upper Willamette River Campgrounds

Many wonderful campgrounds are set along the upper branches of the Willamette River and its tributaries. Some of the best campgrounds are operated the United States Army Corps of Engineers, such as those around Dorena Lake and Cottage Grove Lake. While those campgrounds farther to the east tend to have fewer amenities, they offer more solitude and often magnificent beauty.

The maximum length of stay at most campgrounds is 14 days.
